As a fussy foodie, usually I will order the same food in those common restaurant which I dine in rather frequently such as Sushi Tei.

So I had it with the boy last Saturday.

Supper at Spize (Simpang Bedok)

It's another chillax friday with the boy's boys and their other half, total 11 of us.

We had supper at Spize located at Simpang Bedok.

The place was really packed, my boy & I decided to share "MAMA MIA" together as we had heavy dinner earlier on.

We waited for almost 1hour for the food. 

Finally, after probably 1hour or so.. it's here and it's YUMMY!

Okay, worth the wait I guess, it's my first time trying it.

It has minced mutton, cheese and mushroom in it. (drool)

Totally taken by surprise at the first mouth.

If you don't mind waiting for good food, give it a try, it taste just like its name! 

First dining experience at Island Cafe.

It's the first time I'm dining at Island Cafe located at Tangs Orchard Level 4.

Ambiance is so cosy, you won't wanna leave that place too soon.

The food is yummy, the pricing is about 15-20 bucks for food that you could easily get it off at kopitiam or hawker centre BUT I'm someone who doesn't mind paying more for air-conditioning, ambiance, non-smelly environment.

Yes, pay for the standard. It's worth it to try Island Cafe.

MH370: There's still hope until the very end.

How can MAS announced such news and make people feel that they just wanna get it over and done with? (me, at least.)

If the debris found is not even confirm that it is from MH370, there is still hope.

At least give a closure to the passenger's families.

Anyway, let's all now pray that even if the worst really happened, at least let there be a closure for the families that had been waiting for days.
If one of the passenger onboard is one of your family members, will you think that you will be so calm and stop hoping? Nuisance.

Female Driver. YAY or NAY?

Received this in the morning on my whatsapp from a friend in groupchat.

The difference between Women & Man's driving.

This is so biased. Who said women can't drive?

Recently I'm on my way to getting my driving license, am learning in progress.

My guy instructor said that I have talent in driving only unless when I'm nervous, I stressed up.

Other times, I'm doing really good.

Let us not be biased.

Nowadays, men are no longer the only one who can settle problem, be sole breadwinner or accomplish any task.

In fact, some women have overtake some men on this earth already.

Yes, we can drive, we women surely can!

We are equal, We are not stupid or dumb.

Respect women.

Let's WRAP IT UP!

What a week at work.

As a Product Marketing Executive (PME), I have a few number of product lines on hand which are not officially under me. (according to the internal circulated product line list)

Joined this company since Jan 14, to date..I got about 5-8 Product Manager(PM).

Sometimes, some PM will just comes to you asking: "Can you help?"

Oh man~ this is the "million dollar" question.

The moment you answered "yes" = hell lots of mountainous work.

Today, I was asked if I could take another 2 more product lines above what I'm already having.

Best time is when I was rushing my weekly report and needing it to be submitted before 1700hrs.

I gave an answer to the PM: "okay I'll try?"

She said: "cannot try, the moment you do it, it will be your product line."

There's another PME besides me. I asked the PM if she could get help from the other PME instead

She replied: "She said she's overloaded already."

Err please, you should know who is working and who's not? (inner thoughts)

If someone is really overloaded with work, will she even go washroom for 30 mins?

Breakfast & Tea break for an hour?

Okay that's it I know I can only rant & vent.

I just wanna wrap this all up for today by agreeing to take up this 2 new product line with no extra question asked.

"Suck thumb" however .. Something to be happy about, the famous, juicy, awesome wrap is back at KFC~ Let's eat grow fat & be happy! (:

Supper at Mr. Prata

Yes it's supper! I've forgotten when was the last time I ate prata as supper.

The boy was sicked so we do not have any night activity except that his friends asked us out for prata.

I've been craving for prata for months because it's been at least 6-8 months I had it!

We had supper at "Mr. Prata" at Tampines Street 44.

So I ordered my scramble egg as I'm still a typical western food girl and the boy ordered 2 plain prata because I wanted to have both scramble & prata but we aren't sure if I can finish everything myself, therefore he has to kiss goodbye to his prata with cheese & mushroom dream! hehehe.

The scramble eggs came with 3 sausages, 1 hash brown & 1 grilled tomato. Okay the only thing that's nice on the plate was hash & sausages. No joke.

Which make their prata taste so heavenly!

I was "complaining" and the boy said: "they are not known for western food".

Okay.. I'm the victim of fake, yummy looking menu cheater. hahaha but I always don't learn my lesson.

I'm always suck in by those pretty menu.

Becareful what you say on social media.

Have been coming across this following post on facebook: Jesslyn Tan.

Guess many of us has friends sharing this around?

I have approximately 1700 + friends on my facebook.

The very first time I came across this, I saw comments like she's Miss Singapore Universe finalist or somewhere along side with "Miss Singapore Universe".

Okay I have to say, ever since that famous "boomzxzx"(if you remember who)

I've quit chasing who's in and who's out. HAHAHA!

Come on man, the standards are dropping so drastically, not to mention, Man hunts too!

My personal opinion is even my friends look better, have better bodies and are definitely more charismatic!

However, none of them are interested in such fame.

When you're famous, people wanna "dig your S**T".

I believe that the impact of this article won't be so big if she's not someone who appeared/appears on the screen.

A friend actually repost it with a caption: "Stop making stupid people famous".

I'm here.. not to make her famous but commenting my real thoughts about such issue as a general (:

I always say: "NEVER underestimate the power of social media".

It breaks up relationship , it replaces communication in relationship, word of mouth (sharing post) can be really scary!

Sometimes, I rant about my job on facebook and my boy will always ask me to take it down

or don't post "that kind" of post, because it doesn't reflects very good on myself.

And my thought was - "hey.. ya but it's my facebook".

He went like- "ya, it's your facebook, but you never know who will be the next AN*L person to repost your stuff, circulate it and you're famous overnight". (somewhere along this line)

Look at this girl above, famous with her being judgy.

From now, let us post wisely before things becomes out of hand.

Gonna try out some product but I got to be extra careful because I have super sensitive skin.

It runs in the family blood.

Check out last night choice for trial:

After cleansing my face, I apply the mask.

It's gave me a burning feel.

Need to apply for 15 mins, so I bared with it.. After 2-3 mins the burning pain is gone.

hahaha, it's quite fun and after washing it off, I feel refreshed.

Officially back to Blogger.

Oh hello! This is my new blog & new skin.
Trying as hard as I can to keep it simple, no more fanciful design with symbols, hearts or ribbons.
I'm aging.
At times, I'm amazed by my html code skills! (shamelessness :x)
Spent hours doing up everything and now I'm happy.
I started blogspot since 05, switched to tumblr.
Now, back to here again because I realised my blogspot seems to have higher "traffic" than my tumblr.
Starting everything afresh (not gonna "transfer" old post) as I've got to admit I was quite childish & naive.
hmm, facing my "mid-life crisis" this year, therefore.. looking life at a different level & angle.
